北京师范大学姊妹校项目依托北师大教育集团资源，为学校与外国的一所或者多所学校结成友好交流、互访互助的姊妹校关系，依托线上线下的各项活动，开展多样的国际交流合作活动。交流活动分为夯实国际理解能力的基础、提升国际交流能力、深化国际合作的三个阶段，致力于打造立足日常教学、可以长期可持续开展的国际理解教育项目，为学校师生奠定国际交往基础的同时，放眼更全球化的未来，从萌芽阶段开始播种学生作为“世界公民”的意识，培养来自中国的世界领袖。

2020年注定是让全世界都难忘的一年。一场突如其来的疫情让2020年变得格外的漫长、格外的难熬；让我们变得更加勇敢、团结，学会了爱护自己，关爱他人，懂得了感恩；也让我们的姊妹校项目以一个特殊的方式打开。

随着疫情在世界各国不断蔓延，我们朝阳外语小学六年级的同学们和老师们精心准备，向姊妹校和国际友人发出我们朝外小的声音，祝福世界！

由北师大基础教育合作办学平台发起，平台小鲸狮国际教育项目组精心策划打造，平台18所学校，近500名师生共同完成的“向世界发声·祝福世界”活动，历时两周共同打造完成的《北师大基础教育合作办学平台·祝福世界》短片，祝福世界！
